Heritage Oak Cliff Awards BCE a Grant

Beckley Club Estates Homeowners Association was awarded a Heritage Oak Cliff Neighborhood Improvement Grant for the 2023/2024 year. This celebrated grant program received 27 grant applications from 10 neighborhoods across the Oak Cliff community. BCE is honored to once again be selected for this grant and was represented by HOA officer Alicia Quintans during the June 2023 awards ceremony.

This year’s grant funds will be utilized for the beautification of Beckley Club, through the revitalization and upkeep of our six neighborhood islands. The reimbursement grant totals $688, providing much needed assistance toward the project. We are thrilled to have the backing of HOC in preserving our neighborhood’s beauty.

The BCE HOA is still responsible for the balance of the project costs. This is the perfect time to pay your HOA fees or make an additional donation to help us raise the remaining funds to cover the full project expenses. Be on the look out for more information as we kick off the islands project.
