Beckley Club Estates HOA membership fees are only $20 annually per household. Memberships are available to homeowners and residents (renters) that live within the Beckley Club Estates boundaries. Only homeowners have HOA voting privileges. Annual fees are per calendar year, January - December. We welcome any additional donations if you'd like to support our community initiatives and other costs, like this website.
